How to install wall mounted flag in a house quick & easy

Flags are a common symbol used to unite people, and National flags such as the STARS AND STRIPES represent ideas and values and symbolize the country.

How to install the flag?

Alignment: First things first, it’s usually essential to make sure that it’s properly aligned and in good condition whenever you are planning to hang a flag so that you don’t offend others accidentally.

Presentation: The flag must be hung with the Union (stars) at the top or highest point; in the case you are displaying the American flag on the wall, It can be hung either vertically or horizontally, and no matter the case but the stars can never be displayed on the bottom of the Stars and Stripes, These instructions also apply to the American flag that is displayed in a window.

Street View: outside on the street, when flags are raised on flagpoles, they must follow a similar style of appearing to the observer’s left when stationed next to other types of flags. The United States flag must always be on the far left in every case though these flags can be flown at the same height.

Hanging Techniques of the Stars and Stripes: There are two methods for hanging the American flag on a wall: the Modern and Traditional methods.

Modern: When you’re holding your flag in place at the edges, do make sure your flag doesn’t display any curves, as this is seen as a disrespectful and lackadaisical way to hang it.

Traditional: When your flag is on the wall, make sure your stars are once again at the top of your flag. In the case of living rooms, people can choose to hang their Stars and Stripes vertically or horizontally. If you want to hang other flags on the same wall, make sure that the American flag is hung above them and is the largest on display.
